On meeting of working group of the Expert Board on Internal Audit, Internal Controls and Risk Management Regulation and Methodology in the Bank of Russia and financial organisations

On 26 August, the meeting of the working group of the Expert Board on Internal Audit, Internal Controls and Risk Management Regulation and Methodology in the Bank of Russia and financial organisations considered approaches to audit planning and applicability of risk-based approach in the Russian banking practice. Participants discussed the current situation in the banking sector and application of risk-based approach in Russian organisations.

Board members discussed issues of preparation and introduction of the regulation on internal audit and the regulation on risk management system by major joint-stock companies and state corporations in compliance with methodological recommendations worked out by the Federal Agency for State Property Management and approved by the Russian Government.
