On cancelling licence of management company
By its Order No. OD-2280, dated 27 August 2015, the Bank of Russia cancelled the licence of the Closed joint-stock company Interfin CAPITAL Management Company (hereinafter: the Management Company) (PSRN: 1027700065414; TIN: 7702158961) to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds from 27 August 2015.
The reason to take this decision was the company’s failure to comply with a Bank of Russia instruction to correct the violations of federal legislation or Russian regulations as adopted in accordance with them including Bank of Russia regulations while exercising the licensed activity as a management company which resulted in a total or partial prohibition of operations envisaged by Sub-clause 2 of Article 61.1 of Federal Law No.
Due to the licence cancellation, by its Order No. OD-2282, dated 27 August 2015, the Bank of Russia appointed a provisional administration to the Closed joint-stock company Interfin CAPITAL Management Company from 27 August 2015.
