Bank of Russia strikes off Limited Liability Company Specialised Credit Bureau from state register of credit history bureaus

On 28 May 2021, the Bank of Russia decided to strike off Limited Liability Company Specialised Credit Bureau (PSRN: 1147746927130; TIN: 7719886937; hereinafter, the Bureau) from the state register of credit history bureaus pursuant to Part 2, Article 14.1 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’ (hereinafter, Federal Law No. 218-FZ) due to repeated violations by the Bureau of the requirements of Federal Law No. 218-FZ and corresponding Bank of Russia regulations over a calendar year as well as negative capital over the last three years.

Pursuant to Part 10.5, Article 15 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, credit histories stored in the Bureau will be transferred to the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories within 10 business days from the date of the removal of the credit history bureau from the register.
