To assign state registration number 1-03-02500-Н-004D to this additional issue of shares.
To register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint stock company ‘Titan Central Design Bureau’ placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-35356-Е-004D.
To register the changes to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint stock company ‘A.G. Shipunov KBP Instrument Design Bureau’ placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55493-Е-001D of 30 August 2012.
