Restructuring of JSC ALFA-BANK and PJSC Baltiyskiy Bank launched

Pursuant to Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia announces the launch of a restructuring procedure whereby the Moscow-based JOINT-STOCK COMPANY ALFA-BANK or JSC ALFA-BANK (Registration No. 1326) merges with the Saint Petersburg-based Public Joint-stock Company Baltiyskiy Bank or PJSC Baltiyskiy Bank (Registration No. 128).
