On updating provisional administration personnel

To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Vneshneekonomichesky Promyshlenny Bank, limited liability company, or LLC Vneshprombank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3658, dated 18 December 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-252, dated 28 January 2016):

— to withdraw S.I. Spashchansky, O.I. Sak, E.Z. Burzuyeva, Ye.Yu. Malykh from the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Vneshneekonomichesky Promyshlenny Bank, limited liability company, from 29 January 2016.

— to introduce I.N. Kuvakina, A.A. Lizunov, Ye.S. Bondarchuk, Ye.P. Pushkin, A.P. Ilyin, L.V. Nikolayeva, M.R. Khusniyarov in the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Vneshneekonomichesky Promyshlenny Bank, limited liability company, from 29 January 2016.
