On 26 January 2016, Bank of Russia took a decision to include information on Financial Corporation Otkritie, public joint-stock company, acting as an agent to issue, redeem and exchange investment units of Capital — Bonds Plus, open-end bond unit investment fund, managed by Management Company Capital, limited liability company, in the register of unit investment funds.
