On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow dated 22 December 2015, with regard to case No. А40-220058/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution public joint-stock company Regional Bank for Development (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2782, date of registration — 6 April 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-230, dated 27 January 2016) to terminate from 28 January 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution public joint-stock company Regional Bank for Development, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3098, dated 10 November 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Public Joint-stock Company Regional Bank for Development or PJSC JSCB RBR (the city of Moscow) Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
