to register the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
Ritz Invest, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by Management Company VIALDI, limited liability company,
VIA-CAPITAL, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by Management Company VIALDI, limited liability company.
