On reissuing documentary confirmation of licence

On 22 October 2015, Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to act as a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based GUTA-BANK, joint-stock company, due to a change of name (previous name: OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY GUTA-BANK);
to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Razvitie Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location.
