On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the credit institution Commercial Bank Business-to-Business (limited liability company) or CB BTB (LLC) (the Chuvash Republic, the city of Yadrin) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1060, date of registration — 3 December 1990) (Order No. OD-2270, dated 27 August 2015), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2271, dated 27 August 2015) to appoint from 27 August 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Business-to-Business (limited liability company) for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Andrey V. Skvortsov, chief economist of the supervision section of the Division-NB of the Chuvash Republic, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Business-to-Business (limited liability company).
