On termination by state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of provisional administration

Due to the revocation of the banking licence of the Commercial Bank BFG-Credit, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3068, date of registration — 1 September 1994) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2390, dated 27 July 2016) to terminate from 27 July 2016 the functions of the provisional administration of the Commercial Bank BFG-Credit, limited liability company, the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1691, dated 30 May 2016, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based Commercial Bank BFG-Credit, Limited Liability Company, or CB BFG-Credit LLC’.
