On termination by DIA of its functions of provisional administration

Due to the termination of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of the provisional administration of the Public joint-stock company Baltic Investment Bank or PJSC BALTINVESTBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3176, date of registration — 13 December 1994) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2047, dated 24 June 2016) to terminate from 25 June 2016 the functions of the provisional administration of the Public joint-stock company Baltic Investment Bank or PJSC BALTINVESTBANK the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3701, dated 24 December 2015, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Saint Petersburg-Based Public Joint-Stock Company Baltic Investment Bank or PJSC BALTINVESTBANK.’
