On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 49 (1767) of 27 May 2016 has been released.

The issue contains the list of credit institutions with appointed Bank of Russia authorised representatives acting in compliance with Article 76 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ effective as of 1 May 2016.

The section Credit Institutions publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-1592, dated 23 May 2016, on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. 767, dated 4 March 2016;

No. OD-1593, dated 23 May 2016, on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. 921, dated 18 March 2016;

No. OD-1594, dated 23 May 2016, on termination of activity of provisional administration to manage the credit institution CB MILBANK LLC (the city of Moscow);

No. OD-1595, dated 23 May 2016, on termination of activity of provisional administration to manage the credit institution REGNUM BANK LLC (the city of Moscow);

The section Non-bank Financial Institutions publishes Bank of Russia order No. OD-1613, dated 24 May 2016, on appointing the provisional administration to Insurance Company Swiss-Garant LLC.

The release presents information of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency on entering JSC Non-governmental Pension Fund Rosvertol to the register of non-governmental pension funds — members in the system of guaranteeing insured persons’ rights.
