On revocation of banking licence

Due to the non-compliance of the Moscow-based credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY INTERNATIONAL BANK OF FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS or OJSC BANK MBFI with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, considering repeated actions, in the course of the year, stipulated by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’; taking into account a real threat to the interests of creditors and depositors; in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 6 of the first part of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’ and Part Eleventh Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia decided (Order OD-1364, dated 27 April 2016) to revoke, from 27 April 2016, a banking license from the credit institution the Moscow-based credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY INTERNATIONAL BANK OF FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS or OJSC BANK MBFI (Bank of Russia Registration Number 2073, Registration Date — 10 September 1992).
