On updating provisional administration personnel

To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Joint-Stock Commercial Bank TUSAR, joint-stock company, or JSC TUSARBANK, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2481, dated 18 September 2015, Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2898, dated 23 October 2015):

to appoint V.I. Puzanov as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Joint-Stock Commercial Bank TUSAR, joint-stock company, from 23 October 2015;

to withdraw A.M. Yermakova from the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Joint-Stock Commercial Bank TUSAR, joint-stock company, from 23 October 2015.
