On securities issue

On 25 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rostovaeroinvest (the Rostov Region)placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-35513-Е-002D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Interregional Non-governmental Pension Fund BOLSHOI placed through allocation of shares, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80165-N4;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Electric (the Perm Territory) placed through private subscription;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund URALSIB placed through allocation of shares, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80171-N;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Vladimir placed through allocation of shares, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80167-N;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund APK-Fund placed through allocation of shares;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Zlatoust Machine-Building Plant (the Chelyabinsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33342-D-005D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company VEB-Leasing placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-43801-Н-004D;

to include the Moscow-based Interregional Commercial Bank of Communications and Informatics Development in the list of persons acting as representatives of bond holders.
