Pursuant to Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Samara Region informs on the start of the procedure of reorganisation through conversion of the Closed Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Zemsky Bank (CJSCB Zemsky Bank) into Zemsky Bank, limited liability company (Zemsky Bank LLC).
