On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 23 June 2016, with regard to case No. А40-98924/16-38-128, on forced liquidation of the credit institution Settlement Non-Bank Credit Institution Maima, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia registration No. 1037-K, date of registration — 29 November 1990), and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2356, dated 22 July 2016) to terminate from 25 July 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Settlement Non-Bank Credit Institution Maima, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1184, dated 8 April 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based Settlement Non-Bank Credit Institution Maima, Limited Liability Company, or LLC SNCO Maima Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
