On reorganisation in the form of merger

In compliance with requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District informs on the beginning of reorganisation in the form of merger of the Closed joint-stock company Non-banking Credit Organisation RTS Settlement Chamber and the Closed joint-stock company RTS Clearing Center with the Closed joint-stock company Joint-stock Commercial Bank National Clearing Center.
