On the appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Kreditimpeks Bank, Limited Liability Company, or CB Kreditimpeks Bank LLC (Registration No. 2037, date of registration — 28 August 1992) (Order No. OD-1153 of 26 May 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1154 of 26 May 2014) to appoint from 26 May 2014 a provisional administration to the credit institution Commercial Bank Kreditimpeks Bank, Limited Liability Company, for a term until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Valeriy Budarin, a chief economist of the financial banking monitoring, financial markets and currency control section of the Tula Regional Division, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Kreditimpeks Bank, Limited Liability Company.

The provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Kreditimpeks Bank, Limited Liability Company, also includes: I. Kotchenikhina, S. Vasin, T. Sergeeva.
