On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ and Articles 189³¹, 189³², 189³⁵ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Orel-based credit institution Bank ZERICH, closed joint-stock company, or Bank ZERICH CJSC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3278, date of registration — 16 November 1995) (Order No. OD-674, dated 26 February 2016) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-675, dated 26 February 2016) to appoint from 26 February 2016 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Bank ZERICH, closed joint-stock company, for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Mikhail Gladyshev, head of banking supervision section of Orel Department, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Bank ZERICH, closed joint-stock company.

The provisional administration of the credit institution Bank ZERICH, closed joint-stock company, also includes: P.V. Fabrichny, A.A. Sidorov, O.N. Zemlyakova, Ye.V. Guseva, Ye.G. Perevozchikova, N.V. Kuzmenko, Ye.V. Ryabinina, D.M. Bulgakov, A.M. Bogoroditsky, A.N. Davidenko, L.A. Borisenko.
