On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to Ermak Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3347, location: 18, office 12, Lenina Prospect, 143907 Balashikha, Moscow Region, TIN 0411068968, PSRN 1020400731317, hereinafter, the Company) for a term of six months.

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3400, dated 4 April 2014).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Alexander Ye. Kublikov (mailing address: P.O.B. 51, 107014 Moscow), member of the non-commercial partnership Vozrozhdeniye Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers (address: 41/4 Myasnitskaya Street, 101000 Moscow) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the Company.

Representatives of the Bank of Russia Insurance Market Department have been sent to the Company to exercise control over the activity of the Company and provisional administration.

The Company is entitled to settle its relations with the insured in accordance with Russian insurance legislation, provisions of insurance contracts and rules throughout the entire term of provisional administration.
