On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to Severnaya Kazna Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1155, location: 190 Sonya Morozova Street, 620026 Yekaterinburg, TIN 6608003165, PSRN 1026605409555, hereinafter, the Company) for a term of six months.

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

The provisional administration was appointed to implement the measures to restore the Company’s solvency and solve the issues in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.

Igor V. Koval (mailing address: 6, office 215, Ternopolskaya Street, 454080 Chelyabinsk), member of the non-commercial partnership Yuzhny Ural Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers (address: 23 Entuziastov Street, 454020 Chelyabinsk) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the company.

Representatives of the Bank of Russia Insurance Market Department have been sent to the Company to exercise control over the activity of the Company and provisional administration.

The Company is entitled to carry out economic activity, sign insurance contracts and fulfill its obligations written down in insurance contracts in accordance with Russian legislation, applicable licence, provisions of insurance contracts and insurance rules throughout the entire term of provisional administration.
