On cancelling qualification certificate

On 24 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AVII-016 qualification certificate No. 000647 of financial market specialist in the activity on non-governmental pension funds on non-governmental pension provision, obligatory pension insurance and professional pension insurance issued to Aleksandr Stebletsov.

The reason to cancel the certificate was repeated violations by A.V. Stebletsov of requirements of the Russian pension legislation. A.V. Stebletsov acted as a controller of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Sun. Life. Pension (hereinafter, the Fund) during the period when the Fund committed repeated violations of requirements of the Russian pension legislation due to which the Fund’s licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance No. 16/2, dated 1 November 2007 was cancelled (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1922, dated 3 August 2015).
