Istrian Land, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Central Trust Company,

Sberbank — Residential 3, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the joint-stock company Sberbank Asset Management,

Promising Projects, closed-end rent unit investment fund managed by Land Capital, limited liability company,

InterVal, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Interstroy Management Company, limited liability company,

7 Hills, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by VELES Management, limited liability company,

Mandarin, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the joint-stock company EFG Asset Management;

To register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Everest Land, closed-end rent unit investment fund managed by Everest Asset Management, limited liability company,

InvestActive, closed-end long-term direct investment unit investment fund managed by REGION Trust, limited liability company;

To strike off Aero-life, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Citadel Asset Management, limited liability company, from the register of unit investment funds;

To register amendments and addenda to the Pension rules of the Domodedovo-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Uchastie;

To register amendments and addenda to the Pension rules of the Saint Petersburg-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Saint Petersburg;

To reissue documentary confirmation of licences to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

Pervoinvest — Asset Management, limited liability company (the city of Samara), due to a change of location,

TrustUnion Asset Management, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), due to a change of location;

To register amendments to the charter of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Blagovest.
