On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region of 6 August 2015 on forced liquidation of the credit institution Commercial Bank Invest-Ecobank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1956, date of registration — 10 July 1992) and appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2258, dated 25 August 2015) to terminate from 26 August 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Invest-Ecobank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1298, dated 10 June 2015 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Saint Petersburg-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Invest-Ecobank, Limited Liability Company, or CB Invest-Ecobank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
