On termination of activities of insurance institution provisional administration

Due to expiration of the term of office for the provisional administration of the Reinsurance and Insurance Company Express and in accordance with Item 1 of Article 183.14 of the Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, activities of the provisional administration of the above-mentioned insurance company has been terminated effective 2 June 2014.

The provisional administration was appointed by Order of the Bank of Russia No. 13-643/pz-i, dated 2 December 2013, with effective term of six months.

The provisional administration was headed by Vladislav Chervyakov (correspondence address is 302025 Orel, 137/bldg.1 Moskovskoye shosse), member of the non-commercial Moscow self-regulating organisation of professional receivers (125362 Moscow, 5 Vishnyevaya ulitsa).
