On Bank of Russia decisions of 11 June 2014
On 11 June 2014 the Bank of Russia too the following decisions:
1. To register the trading rules for the commodity market of the Saint-Petersburg-based closed joint-stock company Saint-Petersburg Exchange.
2. To reissue professional securities market member licence forms to the following entities:
- Moscow-based closed joint-stock company SBVK Management Company to manage securities due to a new name and location (formerly the closed joint-stock company Management Company Troika Venture Capital);
- Moscow-based investment company Vivait LLC to perform broker, dealer, and depositary activities and securities management due to a new name and location (formerly FinAdvisor LLC);
- Moscow-based Financial Company Averse LLC to perform broker, dealer, and depositary activities and securities management due to a new location.
3. To revoke the broker, dealer, depositary and securities management licence issued to the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Investment and Finance Corporation Alemar, professional securities market member, on application.
4. To revoke the securities management licence issued to the Krasnodar-based closed joint-stock company Corporate Finance LLC, professional securities market member, on application.
5. To issue thedealer licence to the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Reserve Finance and Investments, professional securities market member.
