On termination by Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of provisional administration

Due to the termination by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of the provisional administration of the joint-stock company Bank Sovetsky or JSC Bank Sovetsky (Bank of Russia Registration No. 558, date of registration — 24 November 1990), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1336, dated 24 April 2016) to terminate from 24 April 2016 the functions of the provisional administration of the joint-stock company Bank Sovetsky the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2888, dated 23 October 2015, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Saint Petersburg-based Closed Joint-stock Company Bank Sovetsky or CJSC Bank Sovetsky .
