On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Omsk Region, dated 1 March 2016, with regard to case No. А46-1008/2016, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Miraf-Bank, joint-stock company, (Bank of Russia registration No. 2244, date of registration: 19 January 1993), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-985, dated 23 March 2016) to terminate from 24 March 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Miraf-Bank, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-138, dated 21 January 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Omsk-based Credit Institution Miraf-Bank, Joint-Stock Company, or JSC Miraf-Bank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
