On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 14 March 2016, with regard to case No. А40-17434/16-71-31B , on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Foreign Economic Industrial Bank, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia registration No. 3261, date of registration: 3 July 1995), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-982, dated 23 February 2016) to terminate from 4 April 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Foreign Economic Industrial Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3658, dated 18 December 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Foreign Economic Industrial Bank, limited liability company, or Vneshprombank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
