On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, Limited Liability Company, or CB INTERCOMMERZ LLC appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-268, dated 29 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-986, dated 23 March 2016):

to withdraw O.M. Romanova from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, Limited Liability Company, from 24 March 2016;

to introduce L.Ye. Zubkova into the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, limited liability company, from 24 March 2016.
