On termination by Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of provisional administration

Following the application by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency on early termination of its functions of the provisional administration of the joint-stock company Volgo-Oksky Commercial Bank or JSC VOKBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 312, date of registration — 19 December 1991), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-655, dated 24 February 2016) to terminate from 25 February 2016 the functions of the provisional administration of the joint-stock company Volgo-Oksky Commercial Bank the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2266, dated 27 August 2015, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Nizhny Novgorod-based Joint-stock Company Volgo-Oksky Commercial Bank or JSC VOKBANK’.
