On securities issue
On 24 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to register reports on the results of issue of series 03, 04, 05, and 06 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Freight One placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-03-55320-Е, 4-04-55320-Е, 4-05-55320-Е, and 4-06-55320-Е,
due to the non-placement of any securities to recognise the said issues invalid and to cancel their state registration;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company GSR TETS placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-19760-J-005D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company United Geological Exploration Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-78459-Н-001D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Research and Manufacturing Association Tyazhpromarmatura placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-72062-Н-004D;
to register an issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent of FEMLC-1 placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 4-01-81676-Н to the issue of securities;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research and Production Corporation Uralvagonzavod named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55004-F-008D;
to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Solnechnoe Vremya placed through allocation of shares,
to assign state registration number 1-01-50323-А to the issue of securities;
to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Pension-Invest placed through allocation of shares,
to assign state registration number 1-01-50351-A to the issue of securities;
to include Corporate Management Rus, limited liability company, in the List of persons acting as representatives of bond holders.
