In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2663, dated 6 October 2015, to manage the credit institution United National Bank (limited liability company) or United National Bank (LLC) ( the city of Nizhny Novgorod), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-191, dated 22 January 2016) to withdraw D. V. Balykin and Ye. B. Ivanova from the provisional administration of the credit institution United National Bank (limited liability company) from 25 January 2016.
