On 23 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue an accreditation certificate of the organisation performing certification of financial market specialists No. 005, dated 11 December 2012, of the Rostov-on-Don-based federal state state-financed educational institution of higher professional education Rostov State University of Economics (RSUE).
