On securities issue

On 22 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register an issue and a prospectus of class A/3 non-convertible, interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Multioriginators Mortgage Agent 1 placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 4-08-82069-Н to the issue of securities;

To register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Concern ROSSIUM, limited liability company (the Moscow Region), placed through public subscription,

To assign state registration number 4-01-36479-R to the issue of securities;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company United Transport — Forwarding Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-37395-Н-002D;

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based open joint-stock company Concern Sea Underwater Weapons Gidropribor placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04151-D-006D.
