On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 4 May 2016, with regard to case No. А40-41786/16-95-6, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank REGNUM, Limited Liability Company (Bank of Russia registration No. 3373, date of registration: 10 May 2001), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1595, dated 23 May 2016) to terminate from 24 May 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank REGNUM, Limited Liability Company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-379, dated 5 February 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank REGNUM, Limited Liability Company, or REGNUM BANK LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
