On Bank of Russia decisions

On 23 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to include in the register of unit investment funds information on the open joint-stock company Sberbank of Russia, acting as an agent for the issuance, redemption and exchange of investment units of Sberbank — Biotechnologies, open-end funds unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Sberbank Asset Management;

to include in the register of unit investment funds information on the public joint-stock company ROSBANK, acting as an agent for the issuance, redemption and exchange of investment units of the following funds managed by the closed joint-stock company Brokercreditservice:

BCS — National Bonds, open-end bond unit investment fund,

BCS — Technologies, open-end mixed unit investment fund,

BCS — Global Markets, open-end mixed unit investment fund,

BCS — MICEX Index, open-end index unit investment fund,

BCS — Fund Dividend Ideas, open-end mixed unit investment fund;

to reissue documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

— Protos Invest Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), due to a change of location,

— CAPITAL Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Saint Petersburg), due to a change of name (previously: KubanFinance Management Company, limited liability company) and location;

to reissue documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the Moscow-based non-governmental pension fund First Professional Pension Fund Veteran due to a change of location.
