On Bank of Russia decisions of 22 April 2014

On 22 April 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Leasing Company VOSKHOD, a closed joint-stock company, placed by way of a closed subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-28008-N-003D to the additional issue of shares.

2. To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the State Scientific Production Enterprise REGION, an open joint-stock company, placed by way of a closed subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-10825-А-005D to the additional issue of shares.

3. To register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of INTER RAO-Electrogeneration, an open joint-stock company, placed by way of a closed subscription; the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55483-Е-003D.

4. To register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of Interregional Specialised Financial and Industrial Registrar SIBERIAN REGISER, an open joint-stock company, placed by way of a closed subscription; the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-20304-N-007D.

5. To register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Siberial Chemical Complex, an open joint-stock company, placed by way of a closed subscription; the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55409-Е-005D.

6. To register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Universal Electronic Card, an open joint-stock company, placed by way of a closed subscription; the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14191-А-003D.

7. To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and to the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Machine-Building Plant, an open joint-stock company, placed by way of a closed subscription; the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-03376-А-007D.
