On appointment of provisional administration to LLC FCRB Bank

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to perform the functions of the provisional administration of LLC FCRB Bank (hereinafter, the Bank) from 24 March 2016.

In the nearest time the provisional administration shall prepare proposals on conditions of the Bank’s future operations.

The provisional administration of the Bank performs the functions stipulated by article 189³⁴ of the Federal Law ’On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and has due authority pursuant to Article 189³¹ of the Federal Law ’On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and related Bank of Russia regulations.
