On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3418-U, dated 14 October 2014 

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3418-U, dated 14 October 2014, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 1186-U, dated 14 August 2002, On the Payment of the Authorised Capital of Credit Institutions from Budgets of All Levels, Government Extra-Budgetary Funds, Unemployed Funds and Other Properties Owned by Federal and Local Governments’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 5 November 2014 under the Registration No. 34560.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3418-U is developed with the purpose of transition to compiling, keeping and using legal records of credit organisations electronically. It amends Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 1186-U, dated 14 August 2002, with related provisions on the possibility for credit institutions to submit documents to the Bank of Russia in the electronic form.
