The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to replace forms of licences to carry out certain types of insurance of the following companies:

Insurance Company Credit Europe Life, limited liability company,

AlfaInsurance — Life, limited liability company,

Insurance Company Swiss-Garant, limited liability company,

Insurance Company DALACFES, limited liability company,

Joint-stock Insurance Company Kristall, limited liability company,

State Medical Insurance Company Polar Region, open joint-stock company;

to reissue an insurance licence of the following companies:

Insurance Company PROFSODRUZHESTVO, joint-stock company, due to a change of name,

Insurance Company Kasko — Medical Insurance, limited liability company, due to a change of location and mailing address.
