On appointment of provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926, 18932 and 18935 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the credit institution Open Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank Maximum or OJSC CB Maximum (the city of Volgodonsk, the Rostov Region) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 466, date of registration — 11 October 1990) (Order No. OD-3273, dated 23 November 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3274, dated 23 November 2015) to appoint from 23 November 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Open Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank Maximum for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Natalya V. Pak, chief economist of the systemically important credit institutions supervision sector of the banking supervision section of the Rostov-on-Don Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Open Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank Maximum.
The provisional administration of the credit institution Open Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank Maximum also includes Yu. M. Perig, T. P. Permonova, S. I. Kharkov, N. Ye. Kozlova, N. Yu. Shmyryev, A. N. Denisov, A. A. Kamakshina, Ye. B. Vaisberg, S. V. Dyemina, V. V. Lazarenko, N. V. Pomogina, I. A. Shagova, S. D. Pokachalov, V. M. Tarasov and O. V. Shcherbakova.
