On termination of activityof provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow (case No. А40-128272/2015), dated 16 October 2015, on finding insolvent (bankrupt) of the Credit Institution JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK AZIMUT, public joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3154, date of registration — 14 November 1994), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2897, dated 23 October 2015) to terminate from 23 October 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Credit Institution JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK AZIMUT, public joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1397, dated 19 June 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK AZIMUT, public joint-stock company, or JSCB AZIMUT PJSC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
