On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation, on 22 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 006815 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to R.V. Ivanov, a sole executive body of Talisman Investment Company, limited liability company;

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 006609 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to D.A. Titov, a controller of Talisman Investment Company, limited liability company;

— series AI-002 qualification certificate No. 004559 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to A.N. Vasiliev, a sole executive body of Avers Financial Company, limited liability company.
