In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the credit institution Bank Klientsky (joint-stock company) or Bank Klientsky (JSC) (the city of Moscow) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1546, dated 3 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2503, dated 22 September 2015) to withdraw M.V. Savin, Yu.A. Minyayeva, D.N. Saltykov, N.N. Solovyeva and A.V. Savchenko from the provisional administration of the credit institution Bank Klientsky (joint-stock company) from 23 September 2015.
