On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2269, dated 27 August 2015, to manage the credit institution Joint-Stock Commercial Bank European Bank for Development of Metallurgical Industry (Public Joint-Stock Company) or JSCB EUROMET (PJSC) (the city of Moscow), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2502, dated 22 September 2015) to withdraw S.V. Rufimsky from the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-Stock Commercial Bank European Bank for Development of Metallurgical Industry from 23 September 2015.
