On Bank of Russia decisions of 17 April 2014

On 17 April 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to perform dealer activity from the Moscow-based Closed Joint-Stock Company ABSOLUTE FINANCE upon application.

2.To cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to perform broker and dealer activities from the Moscow-based Limited Liability Company Trust Broker Company upon application.

3. To cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to perform depository activity from the Uglich-based Limited Liability Company Investment and Financial Company Profinvest.

4.To cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to perform broker activity from the Astrakhan-based Open Joint-Stock Company Volga-Caspian Joint-Stock Bank.

5.To cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to perform dealer activity from the Kurgan-based Open Joint-Stock Company Investment Company Zauralye.

6.To cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to perform dealer activity from the Krasnodar-based Limited Liability Company Corporate Finance.

7.To cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to manage securities from the Sterlitamak-based Limited Liability Company Investment Company Maksat.
